Frequently asked questions about the service
Which wines can be fractioned?
All still wines: red, white, rosé and orange. The technology also works with sweet wines, dealcoholized wines and spirits. It is not suitable for sparkling wines.
How long does it take from bottle delivery to finished product?
About 10-15 working days from receipt of the bottles.
Who takes care of labels and packaging?
We do. We design and produce bespoke labels based on the winery's visual identity and custom packaging, together with the digital tasting note.
Do you ship directly to our customers?
Yes. We deliver the finished product to the winery or straight to your customers, ready to be sold.
